TERMS & CONDITIONS
– Minimum of 2 Nights stay is required for Le Jadis Hotel and Spa.
– Rates are valid for Mauritians and Residents only (proof of Mauritian ID Card or Residence permit must be shown upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the Hotel to charge the current normal public rate.
– Upon reservation, if you fail to declare your child or book for the wrong age group, you will be required to pay a compulsory supplement upon arrival.
– A deposit of MUR 5,000 (refundable) will be requested by the Le Jadis Hotel and Spa upon check-in
– Check-in time is 1400 hours and Checkout time is 1200 hours.
– Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability.
– Should you wish to avail yourself of a guaranteed early check in, your Suite requires being pre-booked 1 day prior to your arrival date.
– Late checkout from 1200 hours to 1800 hours will be charged at 50% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
– Late checkout from 1800 hours will be charged 100% of the Best Available Rate of the day.
– In the event of a no-show or early departure, the total rate of the confirmed room nights for the entire stay shall be chargeable.
– Only food and drinks purchased on the property are allowed
– All extras, not included in the offer, shall be charged to guests directly upon departure
– Special requests are not guaranteed and are subject to availability
– Booking confirmation must be shown by all customers on arrival
– Food allergens & dietary restrictions must be communicated to the property, prior to arrival
– No cancellation policy: Once a booking is confirmed, there are no refunds in case of cancellation at any time.
– Rescheduling, or re-bookings are allowed only in force Majeure or positive to Covid
– No-shows will be charged the total rate; no refunds
– Mauritian citizens: ID card, passport or resident permit must be shown by all customers upon arrival, failure to do so will entitle the merchant to charge the current public rates
– Guests should abide by the latest covid19 policy set by the Government of Mauritius
– Price may vary between days, months and seasons accordingly. For instance, for the current month, we have this rate.
– Deals are subject to availability, in case payment has already been done and there is no availability for that date, customer can choose to take the package for another date or a full refund
