– West Coast Marina require a security deposit of MUR Rs. 10,000 per unit. This amount is fully refundable provided that the property is left clean and tidy (including dishwashing), that there have been no breakages, extra cleaning required, or any extra people found to be staying at the property
– Rates may vary depending on dates & season. Minimum two nights stay.
– All extras which are not included in this offer are directly payable at the Residence
– Receipt must be shown by all customers upon check in
– Mauritian ID card or work permit should be presented upon check in. Failure to do so, West Coast Marina is allowed to charge the public rate.
– Best.mu is only responsible for the quality of service offered during booking & is not responsible for any services offered by the merchant.
– If customer does not show up upon check in date, customer will be charged the total rate: No rescheduling/refund allowed.
– Cancellation policy: Once booking confirmed, no cancellation is allowed unless major issues such as lockdown
– Postponement policy: No Postponement is allowed after booking is confirmed
– No refund policy: Once booking is confirmed, no refund shall be given.
