Terms and Conditions

▶️ Booking: The act of reserving an Accommodation or Experience through our Platform.

▶️ Booking Confirmation: The email and voucher confirming your Booking.

▶️ Deal: The service provided by a Service Provider for a specific activity or event.

▶️ No Show: When a guest fails to arrive for a Booking without prior notice.

▶️ Payment Method: Any mean of payment such as credit card, debit card, MCB Juice or internet banking used for payment.

▶️ Platform: The website facilitating bookings, owned by Best.mu or a third-party affiliate.

▶️ Service Provider: The entity providing a product or service on the Platform, such as a hotel or activity.

▶️ Terms: The terms of service outlined herein.

BE57 DEALS is a registered company under the laws of Mauritius with Business Registration Number C18156428 and registered address at Phoenix, We provide service provider a space on our Site to list their products and/or services.

These Terms establish a binding agreement between you (“You”), whether an individual or representing an entity, and BE57 DEALS LTD (“BE57 DEALS”, “Best.mu”, “We”), governing your utilization of Best.mu Platform. The Platform encompasses this website and other connected media forms, channels, mobile websites and applications established across Mauritius.

By accessing the Platform, You confirm that You have read, comprehended, and agreed to abide by these Terms. If You dissent from any portion of these Terms, You are expressly prohibited from using the Platform and must discontinue use immediately. We retain the right to alter these Terms at our discretion, with updates marked by the “Last updated” date. Your ongoing use of the Platform after such modifications signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.

Booking on the platform implies acceptance of these Terms and any additional terms provided during the booking process. When you book a deal, Best.mu is responsible for the Platform, but not the product or service. To initiate a Booking, it is crucial to ensure that all your information, including payment and contact details, is accurate and up-to-date to access your Deal. You are responsible for the security of your Account and data, and it is imperative to keep your username, password, booking confirmation confidential to prevent unauthorized use.

When you make a booking, you acknowledge and accept the policies as presented during the booking process. Detailed information, including cancellation policy and other specific terms (such as age requirements, security/damage deposits, additional supplements for group bookings, extra beds, breakfast, accepted payment methods, etc.), can be found on our platform during the booking process and in the confirmation Voucher email.

As initiator of the booking, you assume responsibility for the conduct and actions of everyone in the group concerning the Deal. You are also accountable for obtaining their consent before providing us with their personal information.

▶️ All payment must only be done on our secure platform.
▶️ If you suspect any fraud or unauthorized use of your Payment Method, contact your local bank.
▶️ Best.mu will not be liable for any commission charged by your bank.
▶️ Once payment is cleared, it is your responsibility to send us a proof of payment. Failing to do so may result your booking not to be confirmed.

▶️ Best.mu offers customers facilities to make payments via by several secure method including by cards. You are solely responsible to make the full payment, irrespective of the payment method, to BE57 DEALS LTD and send the payment proof to our WhatsApp number 4085757 or Facebook page Messenger to be able to offer you the service you have asked. Failing to send the payment proof may result in your booking not being accepted.
▶️ Our credit cards payment method is securely handle by third parties MIPS and local bank. You hereby agree that your information will be shared with these bodies and securely store. In any case, Best.mu shall not be held responsible for the service, fraud or any loss, damage and/or prejudice suffered as a result of any activity related to the payment of your package through our website.
▶️ You will receive a Booking confirmation email of your order and a voucher on your email address.
▶️ On the day of your event, you are solely responsible for ensuring that you can present the following:

  1. A booking confirmation (mobile phone or printed).
  2. A valid National Identity Card or Passport.

▶️ In the case of any refund for your payment, we will deduct any applicable bank/transaction charges, fees, and/or commissions imposed by the relevant banks for processing the refund.
▶️ We retain the right to cancel any purchase for any product or service on the Platform, without any liability, if the full payment (100% of the Booking) is not received in any of our bank accounts within three (3) business days from the date of purchase.
▶️If availability has been confirmed and changed by the time of payment, you will be refunded in such instances.
▶️If a partial payment is initiated but not completed before due date, the partial payment amount will not be refunded, and a reservation will not be secured.

▶️ If for any reason, you decide to cancel your confirmed booking, the package cancellation policy will apply.
▶️ Best.mu shall provide a refund to the customer in the total amount if any of the conditions below are met:
1. Cancellation of the package by us; due to bad weather or any other reasons.
2. If booking is cancel by the merchant
▶️ Before or on the day of your booking, the supplier for any reason, decline your booking, the customer can either choose another date or request Best.mu for a refund. We shall refund customer full amount only after contacting the supplier and having valid reasons for the cancellation from supplier. If it is the customer fault (Not arriving on time, among many other reasons), no refund shall be provided.

Note: We are not liable to provide the client with a refund for the taxi fare/travelling or fuel cost or to cover any other charge except for the deal paid

▶️ Cyclone Class 1: Your booking is on! The Service provider will be expecting you to arrive, and no cancellations, amendments, or postponements will be accepted.

▶️ Cyclone Class 2: If you are set to arrive while a Cyclone Class 2 is in effect in Mauritius, Customers will have the right either to:

1. Check-in on the specified date because hotels will be open as usual OR

2. Postpone their stay without any penalty fee.

All Postponement requests are subject to Availability/ New rates/ New Conditions and must be made in writing through our ticketing system:

  2. with your Order number
  3. and cancellation message

If you fail to communicate to Best.mu in writing on the eve of your arrival date, you will be expected to arrive as scheduled or be seen as a No Show

▶️ Cyclone Class 3: If you are set to arrive while a Cyclone Class 3 is in effect in Mauritius, your booking is automatically cancelled, and you will be refunded the amount as Best.mu store credit.

We prioritize data privacy and security. To facilitate seamless coordination and fulfillment of the requested service or reservation, we may share your contact details with the Service Provider. Additionally, we may occasionally disclose your Personal Information and other data to Service Providers and/or third parties for the purpose of providing services, ensuring customer care, and processing payments. For more details, kindly refer to our Privacy Policy available on our Platform.

By using the Platform, you expressly agree to abide by our Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms. If you access the Platform from any region outside Mauritius with laws or requirements concerning personal data collection, use, or disclosure that differ from the laws in Mauritius, your continued use of the Site implies the transfer of your data to Mauritius. In doing so, you consent to having your data transferred to and processed in Mauritius.

The materials on Best.mu’s website are provided on an ‘as is’ basis. Best.mu makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Subject to the mandatory consumer protection laws, our liability is limited to the costs directly resulting from our failure, excluding certain scenarios. We will not be liable for indirect losses, inaccurate information about Service Providers, actions of Service Providers or partners, errors in provided details, or events beyond our control. In case of a breach of these terms by you, any costs incurred are not our responsibility, and no refund will be granted.

We do not make additional promises about Service Providers’ products beyond what is explicitly stated in these terms. Further, Best.mu does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

In no event shall Best.mu or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Best.mu website, even if Best.mu or a Best.mu authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on Best.mu’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Best.mu does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete or current. Best.mu may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. However Best.mu does not make any commitment to update the materials.

We make every effort to ensure that property images and descriptions of displayed on Best.mu are accurate and up dated, we cannot guarantee this always the case as these information is obtained from our Suppliers.

We highly value intellectual property rights. If you believe that any material on the Platform infringes upon a copyright you own or control, please promptly inform us at [email protected]

Best.mu has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Best.mu of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

We grant advertisers the ability to showcase their advertisements and related information in specific sections of the Site. Advertisers bear full responsibility for the content of their ads, the services offered, and products sold through those advertisements. As a user, you are solely responsible for clicking on ads or making any purchases. Our role is confined to providing the space for such advertisements, and we maintain no other relationship with advertisers.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that State or location.

You agree that use of this site is at your sole risk.

We do not make any warranties or representations regarding the accuracy or completeness of the content on the Site or the content of any linked websites. We disclaim liability for:

▶️ Personal injury or property damage resulting from your access to and use of the Site.
▶️ Unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or personal and financial information stored therein.

We do not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any product or service advertised or offered by a third party through the Site. We will not be responsible for monitoring transactions between you and third-party providers. Exercise caution and use your best judgment when making any purchases or engaging in transactions.

By accepting these Terms, you commit to fully indemnify Best.mu, safeguarding them from any and all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages, and expenses that may arise in connection with your violation of any provisions outlined in this agreement. This indemnification extends to cover any circumstances where your actions lead to legal consequences or financial losses for Best.mu. In essence, you agree to bear the responsibility for rectifying and compensating Best.mu for any adverse outcomes resulting from your non-compliance with the specified terms and conditions. It is crucial to comprehend and adhere to these terms to mitigate any potential legal or financial liabilities.
