Terms & Conditionsâ–¶ This deal is for resident of Mauritius only.
â–¶ All extra (Not included in offer) is charged upon check out â–¶ A security deposit of Rs 10,000 is required for all 1 & 2 Bedrooms listings. Rs 15,000 is required for 3 & 4 Bedrooms listings. Rs 25,000 for stays lasting for than 10 nights. â–¶ For 4 BR Villas, only 3 & 4 Bedrooms options should be available during weekends and all options available during remaining weekdays. â–¶ For 3 BR Villas, 1 Bedroom option is not to be made available during weekends. â–¶ Price may vary between days, months and seasons accordingly. For instance, for the current month, we have this rate. â–¶ Above all, the service provider policies must be followed. In other words, the service provider has right to ask you to leave and no refund will be given if you are not abiding. â–¶ A security deposit of Rs 10,000 is required for all 1 & 2 Bedrooms listings. Rs 15,000 is required for 3 & 4 Bedrooms listings. Rs 25,000 for stays lasting for than 10 nights. â–¶ Also, Mauritian ID card or passport must be shown by all customers upon arrival. Merchant reserve all rights to charge you another rate or cancel your booking if you cannot present your ID card or passport. â–¶ Deals are subject to availability, in case payment has already been done and there is no availability for that date, customer can choose to take the package for another date or a full refund. â–¶ 100% Cancellation fees applies for No show â–¶No Cancellation Policy: Once a booking is confirmed, there are no cancellations Villa Terms & Conditionsâ–¶ Clients are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that upholds the integrity of the Property, respects
the rights of other guests, neighbours, and staff, and complies with all applicable laws. All communication
regarding reservations, complaints, or service issues must be conducted via our official WhatsApp reservation
number or email to avoid any misunderstandings or allegations of misconduct. Failure to adhere to these
conduct expectations may result in immediate eviction from the Property, with no refund of any payments
made.
▶Smoking is strictly forbidden inside any part of the Property and is only permitted in designated outdoor areas.All children under the age of 12 must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. LVB assumes no liability for any accidents or injuries sustained by unsupervised minors on the Property.Pets are not permitted on the Property without prior written authorization from LVB. Should the management accept a pet during the stay, an additional security deposit top-up of Rs 15,000 on top of the standard security deposit will be required. The client accepts full responsibility for any damage or disturbance caused by the pet. ▶The Property is rented strictly for the number of occupants declared at the time of booking. In the event of over-occupancy, LVB reserves the right to deduct Rs 3,000 per night per additional guest from the security deposit. Non-compliance with occupancy limits may also result in immediate termination of the booking without refund. Birthday and Parties Policy: Birthday parties or any other gatherings involving external guests are strictly not allowed unless explicitly informed to the management at the time of booking or at least 1 week prior. Such gatherings may involve additional charges as per requirements. Any breach of this policy will void the booking,and the entire security deposit will be forfeited as a penalty. ▶A rental agreement will be signed upon check-in with the terms & conditions as listed below. Failure to comply with the T&Cs will cancel the customer's booking with no refund. ▶A security deposit of Rs 3,000 to Rs 25,000 will be charged upon check-in and returned upon check-out under the following terms: The villa is clean and no damage has been done to any items on the inventory list in the rental agreement. No damage has been done to the walls, lights, windows, doors, curtains, electric & bathroom appliances, swimming pool system, other furniture, burglars bar, camera and alarm system. ▶ The security deposit will be retained if the terms listed above have not been respected. If the damage exceeds the amount deposited, the customer agrees to compensate the the company as per the damaged item's current market value and labour cost. In case of any disagreement on the value, then the customer will replace the damaged item with a new one of the same brand & quality. ▶ Check-in time: 3:30 PM, Check-out time: 11:00 AM For self check-out: It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the premises are well locked and secured priorto leaving, and that all electrical appliances are turned off. Failure to do so will result in deductions from the security deposit, with a fixed deduction of Rs 5,000 if any air conditioning unit or lights remain on after check-out. Late check-out: For free late check-out, clients must perform self check-out, including returning keys and verifying the premises; this also applies to Sunday’s late check-out. Day Use: Check-in for day use is from 9:30 AM and check-out is at 4:00 PM. ▶ LVB provides additional services, including but not limited to Bed & Breakfast, Half-Board, Full-Board, Maid Services, Car Rentals, and Tour Guides. All additional services are subject to availability and require pre-booking. Clients may contact our reservations team to arrange these services. ▶ Clients are responsible for any missing, damaged, or stained items during their stay. The following charges apply: Stained Beddings (including urine/blood): Rs 3,500 will be charged for a full set of beddings if any pillow cover, bed sheet, quilt cover, or bedding accessory is stained or damaged. An additional Rs 3,500 will be charged if the mattress cover is stained. If the mattress itself is stained or damaged, a charge of Rs 10,000 will apply. Missing or Stained Linens: Rs 1,500 per large towel (Bath/Pool) and Rs 750 per small towel (Hand/Foot). Missing Cutlery: Rs 300 per item will be charged for missing cutlery and Rs 1250 for each kitchen knife. Missing or Damaged Tableware: Rs 750 per item will be charged for any plate, bowl, or glass. Damaged or Missing Kitchen Utensils: Rs 3,500 per utensil will be charged. Other missing or damaged items will be charged based on their current market value. The client must ensure all items are returned in the condition in which they were provided. If there is any dispute or failure to comply with these charges, the security deposit will be retained in full. ▶ LVB enforces strict noise regulations. Noise disturbances after 10:00 PM that result in complaints from neighbours will lead to the immediate forfeiture of the entire security deposit. Should disturbances persist despite warnings, LVB reserves the right to terminate the booking and evict guests without refund.Permissible noise levels are as follows: 60 decibels from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM and 55 decibels from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM. |
