TERMS & CONDITIONS

– This deal is for resident of Mauritius Only

 

– Guests must abide by the latest Covid19 policies set by the Government of Mauritius

 

– First, 100% Cancelation Fee applies if customer does not show up at appointed time and place of Residence Potosi Day Package.

 

– First towel is provided free of charge, for any exchange or extra a supplement is applicable, a deposit is also required in case customers lose their towel

 

– Price may vary between days, months and seasons accordingly. For instance, for the current month, we have this rate.

 

– Above all, Residence Potosi Day Package policies must be followed. In other words, the hotel has right to ask you to leave and no refund will be given if you are not abiding.

 

– Also, Mauritian ID card or passport must be shown by all customers upon arrival. Merchant reserve all rights to charge you another rate or cancel your booking if you cannot present your ID card or passport.

 

– Deals are subject to availability, in case payment has already been done and there is no availability for that date, customer can choose to take the package for another date or a full refund

 

– Full cancellation policy will be applied for cancellation at anytime and no show

 

– First towel is provided free of charge, for any exchange or extra a supplement is applicable, in case of lost and damage, the guests will have to pay a supplement before check out

 

– The Guests will be charged a fee while in house for subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation if any.

 

– 100% Cancellation fees applies for No show

 

– Covid-19 Lockdown Policy: Booking will be cancelled & refunded as a store credit in your Best.mu account only

 

– No Cancellation Policy: Once a booking is confirmed, there are no cancellations
